  • Shipping Coverage: We deliver across India via trusted courier partners. For specialized equipment or bulk orders, our team may contact you for delivery coordination.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on your location and the type of product ordered.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • Special Handling: Larger garage equipment may require special delivery arrangements. We will keep you informed throughout the process.


Return & Replacement Guidelines

We take great pride in the quality and reliability of our products. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if an issue arises, we’re here to help within a structured process:

  • Eligibility Window: Requests for return, replacement, or support must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

  • Conditions for Acceptance: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the technical nature of some products, certain items (including electrical components and special-order parts) may not be eligible for return.

  • Approval Process: All return or replacement requests are subject to inspection and approval by our support team.

  • Return Shipping: If approved, customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
